Hamza El Aloui is a freelance developer in Marrakech. He builds custom solutions in different fields, with AI automations, agents and development.
For teams whose work lives in spreadsheets, inboxes and disconnected tools, he builds one system for clients, conversations and pipeline, with the routine work automated.
That means custom CRMs and applicant tracking systems, client and talent portals, AI automations with n8n and LLMs, AI agents and chatbots, and full-stack apps.
His work spans recruiting and staffing, financial advisory, healthcare, media, construction and creative AI.
One highlight: a recruiting CRM and talent portal for a German recruitment agency, built to replace HubSpot and TeamTailor. The portal speaks several languages, including Arabic, and more than 15 n8n workflows run behind it. He designed and built it alone.
More work: the Lavorai landing page, a multimodal app for e-books, comics and short stories, and an AI pharmaceutical assistant built on RAG.
His toolkit: Python and TypeScript, Next.js and FastAPI, LLMs, RAG and multi-agent systems, Supabase, and n8n, Make and Zapier.
